Technique

The image development technique we use merges traditional darkroom methods with advanced technology. Each image undergoes meticulous hand development in a specialized photo darkroom onto a metal plate.

Distinguishing itself from conventional photo lab metal prints utilizing metallic ink on aluminum surfaces, our process involves embedding images within layers of photosensitive anodized aluminum, also known as photo-anodized aluminum. This results in the creation of a permanent metal image that withstands the test of time.

Exceptionally resilient to harsh environmental conditions such as chemicals, heat, abrasion, salt spray, and ultraviolet rays, our product emerges as an ideal choice for outdoor signage, where weather and UV exposure can swiftly deteriorate alternative sign materials.

Furthermore, our images exhibit a distinctive sheen-like quality. The interplay of light across the metal surface imparts a metallic and occasionally 3D-like appearance, adding depth and visual interest to the final output.
